Do we need to be in Iran for the whole cycle?+

Not necessarily. Your doctor can plan the protocol so that daily injections start in Iraq, with monitoring scans sent to the clinic. You then travel for the final monitoring, egg collection, and embryo transfer — about 10–14 days in Iran.
